Breath deeply and slowly until you are relaxed and receptive\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e3. Start to visualise what you would like the potion to help you with. How would you feel, How it would help change your routine\/thought process\/patterns, whatever it is you desire. Stay there for as long as you need. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e4. When you are finished and satisfied, put the potion somewhere you will see often.
